University of Utah Health is pleased to offer courses for leadership development. iLEAD courses teach essential strategies for retaining employees, building cohesive teams, providing feedback, and creating strong relationships with your workforce. 

For years, these courses have been standard training for leaders at University of Utah Health. We are now pleased to offer these courses to affiliates and partners. 

These courses are designed for nursing leadership, clinic administrators, physicians with management responsibility, and anyone else who manages personnel.

Employee Engagement

Increase leader and staff engagement by tapping into the key drivers that motivate individuals. Be a leader capable of inspiring and instilling value in each employee.
