About

Led by a robust team of psychiatric specialists from Huntsman Institute of Mental Health, this program gives you the opportunity to present cases and learn best practices on the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. Topics will cover commonly seen cases in primary care, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.

Participants are awarded 1.0 hour of ACCME Category CME credit at no cost for each 1.0 hour of live sessions attended. Full instructions for claiming CME are available on the University of Utah CME Website.

ECHO Model

The ECHO learning model features case-based learning. Case presentations allow for a collaborative learning environment where everyone has an opportunity to learn, and everyone has an opportunity to teach. Anyone can submit a case. If you are having trouble diagnosing a patient, need help determining a treatment plan, or are looking for help in supporting a patient, you may consider submitting a case.

2025 SESSIONS

Currently, this ECHO holds difficult case-based discussion sessions, which can be viewed live on Zoom. These sessions are not recorded due to privacy standards.
