About
The Huntsman Cancer Institute ACCESS Network (Advancing Cancer Care Education & Specialty Support) connects academic expertise with community oncology care across the Mountain West to expand access, improve outcomes, and advance equity. As part of this effort, HCI has launched a Project ECHO series in multiple myeloma, bringing specialists and community providers together through virtual, case-based learning and collaboration to enhance care delivery.
Participants are awarded 1.0 hour of ACCME Category CME credit at no cost for each 1.0 hour of live sessions attended. Full instructions for claiming CME are available on the University of Utah CME Website.
ECHO Model
The ECHO learning model features case-based learning. Case presentations allow for a collaborative learning environment where everyone has an opportunity to learn, and everyone has an opportunity to teach. Anyone can submit a case. If you are having trouble diagnosing a patient, need help determining a treatment plan, or are looking for help in supporting a patient, you may consider submitting a case.
