Physician Terms & Conditions for Text Messaging
When you sign up for text messages from this service, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your EpicCare Link ("Link") web portal account with University of Utah Health and the following independent, third-party health care facilities and providers (“Independent Providers”) for whom U of U Health provides this contracted service:
- Carson Tahoe Health
- Fourth Street Clinic
- Sublette County Rural Health
Text messages sent through this service include new message notifications, account updates, and one-time passcodes. You can opt in or our of specific types of text messages on the Notification Preferences page in your Link account.
You can opt out of all SMS messages by texting STOP to the short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up from the Notification Preferences page in Kink or text START to the short code.
