When you refer a patient to U of U Health, our commitment is to keep you informed of our diagnosis and treatment plan.

Our referral team is available to help referring physicians navigate through our network of multi-level specialists. We are available Monday-Friday, 8am—5pm. After hours, you may leave a message for a return call the next business day.

Follow-up communications, including referral status
