Trauma Education

As a Level 1 Trauma Center, University of Utah Health provides the region with access to the highest quality of care in the event of a serious injury or an emergency. The trauma program also offers resources for providers throughout the Mountain West region, including advanced nursing and physician trauma courses; live and recorded grand rounds presentations; trauma conferences; and in-person clinical training. In addition, these trauma education efforts extend to the community with initiatives like Stop the Bleed training and public injury prevention programs.
